I was a patient at MBMC in 1981 (DOS 6/27/1981). Mary Ross was the Director, and my counselor was Lyn Barnes. I am trying to get a note to Lyn to let her know that I'm alive and well, thinking of her (as I ALWAYS do when my "birthday" rolls around), and would love to get a note to her to let her know that I'm still kickin'. If you can be of any help in forwarding this note to Lyn, I would be very grateful. She'll be the topic of a couple of my stories at Saturday Night's Birthday Meeting of the 14th Street Club in Newton, KS. (I've told my story of the "moment" of sobering up that occurred when she and Mary Ross had finally given up any hope for me.

If she would like to respond, that would be fine with me! If she doesn't, that's ok, too. In any case, could you let me know whether you're able to forward this note to her? I would very much appreciate any help you can give me here.
